Duchy Pest Control acknowledges the very real threat to public health from COVID-19 and place utmost importance on protecting public health particularly vulnerable groups. As an essential service be assured that we will continue to provide pest control to all our existing or new customers, following official government advice as it is made available to us.
We will ask if anyone has experienced symptoms and/or is self isolating (or in contact with those that are) before we agree to visit any home or business. We are practicing social distancing and avoiding all unnecessary contact as much as is practicable. We have protective equipment and rigorous hygiene protocols to avoid contamination. Every contact will be assessed on a case by case basis as the risks of spreading Covid-19 need to be balanced against the risk of inadequate control and management of pest species.
For those who require decontamination we are able to offer decomtamination/disinfectant treatments that can KILL Corona Virus on surfaces. This service is available to all commercial buildings and domestic dwellings alike. Please contact us for more details.
